Director's Note
Brrr!!!!
Hello NESA Family,
We in South Texas aren't exactly known for our cold-weather resilience, but from what I hear, we are in for a bit of a chill very soon.
While I am crossing my fingers that our schedule remains uninterrupted—especially since we have a fantastic Dance rehearsal lined up for this weekend—safety is our absolute priority. I want to ask all our students, teachers, and parents to keep a close eye on local news and NEISD’s official social media channels regarding potential school or practice closures.
If the district determines it is unsafe for us to be on campus, we will follow their guidance immediately. I am hopeful this will be a moot point, as I’m more used to our "blustery" weather waiting until February! Regardless of the forecast, please stay warm and look out for one another.
